Data Analyst - operations reporting (Portland, OR)

Amberfield Juniper Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Portland. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 207 people based in Portland. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in caregiver training and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
