Data Analyst - operations reporting (Portland, OR)

Bluepeak Junction Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Portland, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in device records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on training materials. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
