Data Analyst - operations reporting (Portland, OR)

Rivermark Quill Hospitality Partners operates hotels and event venues around Portland, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on group events. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
