Data Analyst - operations reporting (Pittsburgh, PA)

Greenridge Cobalt Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Pittsburgh, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in device records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
