Data Analyst - operations reporting (Pittsburgh, PA)

Amberfield Keystone Energy is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in hardship programmes and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
