Data Analyst - operations reporting (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Lakeside Telecom and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on field visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
