Data Analyst - operations reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Glen Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Phoenix, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on field inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
