Data Analyst - operations reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Cobalt Medical designs and makes medical devices in Phoenix, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
