Data Analyst - operations reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Northwind Quill Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Phoenix. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in safety inspections and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
