Data Analyst - operations reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Haven Construction and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in subcontractor invoices and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
