Data Analyst - operations reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Greenridge Wren Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Phoenix, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on care plans. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
