Data Analyst - operations reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Lumen Oak Inspection Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in equipment calibration and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on field inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
