Data Analyst - operations reporting (Orlando, FL)

Cedar Bright Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Orlando. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 318 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on repair requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
