Data Analyst - operations reporting (Orlando, FL)

Bluepeak Ridge Early Learning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
