Data Analyst - operations reporting (Orlando, FL)

Northwind Foods Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in customer specifications and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on allergen controls. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
