Data Analyst - operations reporting (Omaha, NE)

Highbridge Mill Energy Group is an energy provider in Omaha focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Investigate trends in billing disputes and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service connections.
