Data Analyst - operations reporting (Omaha, NE)

Summit Field Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on repair requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
