Data Analyst - operations reporting (Omaha, NE)

Amberfield Nest Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in client intake and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
