Data Analyst - operations reporting (Omaha, NE)

Summit Maple Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Omaha, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on device records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
