Data Analyst - operations reporting (New Orleans, LA)

Redstone Drift Health is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in referrals and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
