Data Analyst - operations reporting (New Orleans, LA)

Bluepeak Wren Telecom is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in customer tickets and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
