Data Analyst - operations reporting (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Granite Property Management and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in maintenance requests and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on unit turnovers. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
