Data Analyst - operations reporting (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge Basin Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Nashville. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
