Data Analyst - operations reporting (Nashville, TN)

Bluepeak Yarrow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Nashville area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on guest bookings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
