Data Analyst - operations reporting (Nashville, TN)

Redstone Lantern Insurance Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 409 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Investigate trends in premium billing and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on catastrophe response.
