Data Analyst - operations reporting (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Northwind Yarrow Facilities and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 502 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
