Data Analyst - operations reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

Amberfield Linden Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on supply orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
