Data Analyst - operations reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

Ironwood Meridian Farms is an agricultural business based around Minneapolis, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Investigate trends in harvest schedules and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on grower contracts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
