Data Analyst - operations reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Clear Farms Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in grower contracts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
