Data Analyst - operations reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

Silverline Lakeside Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Investigate trends in packing house output and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on harvest schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
