Data Analyst - operations reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

Redstone Cedar Farms is an agricultural business based around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in harvest schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on field records.
