Data Analyst - operations reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

Summit North Pharma is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in cleanroom operations and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
