Data Analyst - operations reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Summit Construction and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 315 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on subcontractor invoices. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
