Data Analyst - operations reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

Greenridge Pike Early Learning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Investigate trends in classroom supplies and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
