Data Analyst - operations reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

Cedar Junction Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on waiting lists. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
