Data Analyst - operations reporting (Miami, FL)

Ironwood Bridge Arts Center is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in exhibitions and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
