Data Analyst - operations reporting (Miami, FL)

Harborlight Junction Housing Partners manages affordable housing communities across Miami, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in lease compliance and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
