Data Analyst - operations reporting (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Bright Community Partners is a Miami charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in grant reporting and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
