Data Analyst - operations reporting (Miami, FL)

Lumen Thistle Medical is a Miami company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in complaint handling and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
