Data Analyst - operations reporting (Miami, FL)

Nova Iron Property Management Group is a Miami property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in lease renewals and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
