Data Analyst - operations reporting (Miami, FL)

Bright Meridian Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on visit scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
