Data Analyst - operations reporting (Madison, WI)

Redstone Drift Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Madison. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Madison. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on seasonal crews. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
