Data Analyst - operations reporting (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Yarrow Care Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on care plans. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
