Data Analyst - operations reporting (Madison, WI)

Highbridge Meadow Community Partners is a Madison charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in Madison. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in food distribution and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
