Data Analyst - operations reporting (Madison, WI)

Clearpath Fox Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Madison. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleanroom operations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
