Data Analyst - operations reporting (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate Cross Legal Group provides legal services in Louisville across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
