Data Analyst - operations reporting (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate Ember Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Louisville. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Investigate trends in store inventory and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
