Data Analyst - operations reporting (Louisville, KY)

Cedar Oak Facilities Group looks after properties across the Louisville region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 433 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on contractor visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
