Data Analyst - operations reporting (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Granite Staffing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 826 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
