Data Analyst - operations reporting (Louisville, KY)

Bright Rook Markets is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on supplier deliveries. • Python or R for analysis.
